If you are interested in being a CLASS AMBASSADOR for your high school, double click on the application file, save to desktop, copy and paste to email. Please fill out application completely and send to Midstates Photography at midstatesphoto@gmail.com. Don't forget to attach a photo to email as well. We will be choosing the winners before end of school 2009. We will choose 2 girls and 2 boys from the large schools and 1 girl and 1 boy from the smaller schools.
